Implementation of the HELP Council of Europe program in Russia: first year results

In the spring of 2015, the official opening of the European program in human rights education for representatives of the Russian State University of Justice at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation was held legal professions (hereinafter - the HELP program).

Despite the fact that only a year has passed since the opening of the program in Russia, the interest of the legal community in the program, as well as the relevance of the stated topics, made it possible to hold a number of important events of practical importance for the legal community in Russia.
