The ICC is still in its second decade, explored here is an outline of its structure, formation and procedures. Furthermore, what challenges has the permanent tribunal faced during the first ten years of its work? The three chambers of the Court are examined, beginning with the pre-trial chamber, once the procedures of the pre-trial chamber are examined we move on to the trial chamber which has the potential to navigate towards the third (appeals chamber). Current ICC cases are also delivered alongside other relevant court proceedings.
