Commentary to European Convention on Human Rights: a first of its kind

A Commentary to the European Convention on Human Rights, written by renowned international law scholar William Schabas, provides a detailed legal analysis of all the articles of the ECHR as well as substantive provisions of the Protocols to the Convention.
