Member of the expert group, drafting the Treaty on Eurasian Economic Union. Convener of the Interest Group on International Environmental Law of European Society of International Law (ESIL). Author of two monographs and more than 50 scientific publications in general international law, international environmental law, law of the WTO and law of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Dmitry KRASIKOV

Ph.D. in Law, Head of International Law department at Saratov State Law Academy; Senior Research Fellow (part-time) at Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION RAN). Has regularly been teaching courses on International Law and European Law and has a number of published papers on international justice with a particular focus on International Human Rights Law and the  WTO law.

Ph.D. in Law, LL.M., Associate Professor of the MGIMO University, advocate, partner of law firm “Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners”. Author of publications on international arbitration and antitrust law; author of chapters in the Russian editions of Vertical Agreements (2012) and Cartel Regulation (2012) in a series of publications of Getting the Deal Through (Law Business Research Ltd.).

Vera RUSINOVA

Doctor of sciences in law, LL.M (Göttingen), Professor of the Department of Public and Private International Law of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. Member of the International, European and Russian Associations of International Law. Author of more than 70 scientific publications including books, manuals and articles on Human rights, international humanitarian law, law of international security, international responsibility and international justice.

Vladislav STARZHENETSKY

Ph.D. in Law, First Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of International Public and Private Law of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. Scientific supervisor of the Master program “The international trade law, law of finance and economic integration”.  Author of more than 50 scientific works on International and European law, intellectual property rights.

Marina TRUNK-FEDOROVA

Ph.D. in Law, LL.M. (Univ. Connecticut), LL.M. (IELPO, Univ. Barcelona). Associate professor at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law, St. Petersburg State University. Associate Professor, Department of Civil Procedure, Ural State Law University.  She has more than 40 scientific publications in both Russian and foreign languages on different issues of International Economic Law. She is a Co-Chair of the International Economic Law Interest Group of the European Society of International Law (ESIL).

Maria FILATOVA

Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor, Department of Judicial Power of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. Seconded lawyer of the Russian Federation in the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights in 2011-2013. In 2005-2015 – member of the staff of the Constitutional Court of Russia; in 2005-2015 – Deputy Head of the Russian Constitutional Court Office in Moscow. Member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia, member of the International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL). Author of numerous publications in the area of civil procedure, European standards of jurisdiction, relations of legal orders and the importance of supranational bodies’  case-law for the Russian legal system. 

Olga CHERNISHOVA 

Ph.D. in Law, LL.M., Head of a legal division at the Registry of the European Court of Human Rights. Author of more than 30 publications on various aspects of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights, the organization and reform of the Court, the legal status of foreign citizens, the issues of the protection and realization of constitutional rights.

Kirill ENTIN

Ph.D. in Law, LL.M., сouncil to the Legal research and analysis department of the Secretariat of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union. Co-chair of the working group on the rule of law of the young generation leaders ‘Network on Euro-Atlantic security. Author of numerous publications in Russian and foreign publications on EU and EEU law. He is a research fellow at the Centre for Comprehensive European and International Studies (CCEIS) and a visiting lecturer at HSE.
