She was one of the co-authors of the draft of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union. Author of two monographs and more than 50 scientific publications. Research interests: international environmental law, WTO law and the law of the EAEU.

PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Master of Law (MJur), Head of the Department of International Law of the Saratov State Law Academy and Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Foreign Law of the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION RAS). Author of more than 50 scientific papers. Research interests: international law, human rights, WTO law, institutions of international justice.

Vasilisa Neshataeva

PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law of the Russian State University of Justice. Regional Coordinator of the Council of Europe’s Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) educational program in Russia. Since 2010, she has been working as a lawyer for a multinational electricity generating company. She is the author of a number of scientific publications.

Ilya Rachkov

PhD in Law, Master of Law (LL.M.), Member of the Royal Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Associate Professor of International Law at the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, lawyer, partner of the law firm “Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners”, Moscow. Author of the textbook World Trade Organization: Law and Institutions (Moscow: Institute of Law and Public Policy, 2019) and a number of other publications on international economic law. Research interests: international arbitration, international economic law (including international investment law, international trade law and international financial law).

Vera Rusinova

Doctor of Sciences in Law, Master of Public Law (LL.M.), Professor, Head of the Department of International Law, Faculty of Law, National Research University Higher School of Economics. Member of the International, European and Russian Associations of International Law. Co-chair of the Committee on the Use of Force of the World Association of International Law. Author of about 90 scientific papers. Research interests: theory and methodology of international law, human rights, international humanitarian law, international security law, issues of responsibility in international law, as well as international justice.

Anita Soboleva

PhD in Linguistics, Master of Law (LL. M.), Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of Law, Faculty of Law, Higher School of Economics; Senior Associate, Institute for Law and Public Policy. A practicing lawyer with many years of experience in conducting cases before the European Court of Human Rights. From 2003 to 2015, founder and chief expert consultant on scientific and legal activities of the non-profit organization “Lawyers for Constitutional Rights and Freedoms”(“Jurics”). She specialized in conducting cases in Russian courts and in the ECHR on freedom of expression, lectured for Russian judges, students and lawyers on the application of Article 10 of the Convention. He has more than 50 publications in the area of human rights, including on freedom of the media, as well as on legal theory, legal rhetoric and comparative constitutional law.

PhD in Law, Honorary Judicial Officer of the Russian Federation, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Scientific superviso of the Master’s program “The international trade law, law of finance and economic integration”. Co-chair of the International Economic Law Interest Group of the European Society of International Law (ESIL). Author of more than 40 scientific papers in Russian and foreign languages on international economic law. Research interests: WTO law and regional economic integration.

Maria Filatova

PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of International Law of the Faculty of Law and Head of the Research and Training Laboratory of International Justice of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Member of the International Association of Procedural Law (IAPL). Author of numerous publications in Russian and foreign languages on civil procedure, European standards of justice, the importance of the case-law of supranational bodies for the Russian legal system.

PhD in Law, Master of Law (LL.M.), Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union – Head of the Expert and Analytical Department, Minsk, Belarus. Head of the Eurasian Sector of the Center for Comprehensive European and International Studies of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (CCEIS). Member of the working group on International law of regional organizations of the World Association of International Law (ILA) and the working group on the rule of law of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security (YGLN). Author of numerous publications in Russian and other languages on the law of the EU and the EAEU. Research interests: the European Union and Russian-European relations, EU law, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), EAEU law, competition law, sanctions law, the European Court of Human Rights.

Oleksandr Yevsieiev

PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Judicial Systems and Criminal Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. From 2009 to 2016, he worked at the Department of Constitutional Law of the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise. From 2016 to 2018, he was a scientific consultant of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Author of more than 20 monographs and more than 100 scientific articles. Research interests: constitutional justice, international criminal justice, human rights, judicial system, Anglo-Saxon law, comparative constitutional law, constitutionalism, constitutional justice, international courts and judges.
